The Retail Operation Manager will develop and maintain the go-to-market retail reporting designed to support, track, and measure key KPI's for our clients. They will create and maintain Power BI dashboards for all retail clients. They will provide the analytics and insights needed to optimize pricing, promotion, distribution, displays, and shelf placement to grow sales. The position will develop and maintain reporting and updating our Mobile Platform for all markets.Responsibilities:• Create and maintain analytical tools, reporting and resources driven by GSC (GoSpotCheck) Data and summarizing work being done by Retail Reps• Use Data to create unique reporting and reports for clients and customers• Use reporting to analyze, identify distribution voids and quantify opportunity gaps.• Track, monitor and provide actionable feedback on ACV/distribution, sales trends, shelf management.• Utilize syndicated and consumer research to develop fact-based analysis and presentations.• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines; report regularly on status of projects; meet or exceed on-time and quality expectations; work closely with managers regarding all project aspects.• Establishes professional and frequent lines of communications with clients, supervisors, associates and customers and elevates issues and opportunities in a timely manner.• Participates in training and development programs to improve communication, organization, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Is a "team player"; is honest and forthright with all parties; works well with peers; trains and develops subordinates; adheres in all respects to Code of Business Conduct.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; entry level to two or more years CPG industry experience. This role may also include college interns. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions, sales operations and procedures manuals, general business periodicals, HR regulations and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and associates. Adapting to the various forms of communication: verbal, non-verbal, written, visual, mass, group and individual. • Must know basic arithmetic operations to perform accurate calculations of budgets, net sales, margins, promotional percentages, discounts, and commissions. Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts to sales velocity ratios, days of supply, pallet configurations and sales forecasting. • Must possess critical thinking skills like analysis, evaluation, and synthesis as well as abstract thinking, creative thinking, information processing and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize workload and set goals. • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs including by not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
