At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing excellent customer service for sales reps, customer, and internal staffAdhere to company scripts, policies and quality standards.Ability to handle high call volume and multitaskProvide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessaryResponsible for the order entry of phoned in orders (subject to company parameters) and special-order entry projects assigned by managementPerforms monthly call trackingPerforms quarterly time trackingResponds same day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hoursQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, AX, Excel, etc.)The ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales representatives, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal formPrevious call center, customer service experience is preferredThe ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructionsThe ability to work fully in the office in Columbus, OH- this is not a remote or hybrid roleThe successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation periodAdditional InformationThis is a part time roleThis role is Monday- Friday with the hours of 6:30am-10:30am.This role is onsite.Kimball Midwest is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to a program of recruitment of females, minority group members, individuals with disabilities, qualifying veterans and any other classification that is protected by federal, state, or local law.We Participate in E-Verify.
