Title: Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking diligent and hardworking construction laborers to manage site generalities on a daily basis. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to maintaining and constructing on our sites. Responsibilities + Set up trailer alleys, assemble furniture, and keep trailers clean at all times. + Work collaboratively with team members to move materials as needed on site, which may include assisting with decking construction around trailer alleys. + Assist in the construction of temporary resting areas on the site. + Perform general cleanup of municipalities, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping, especially during snowy days. Essential Skills + Experience in civil construction and general labor tasks. + Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of GPS Blade and CAT equipment. + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including mud, wetness, and extreme heat. + Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and lift 50lbs or more to head level. + Capacity to carry materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Valid driver's license and the ability to pass an MVR check are required. + Experience in landscaping is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
