POSITION DUTIES Duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide instruction in a variety of methods to include whole group, small group, and individualized instruction consistent with the approved curriculum. Plan and organize time, in advnace, to provide effective instruction. Use informal and form assesement tools to provide reliable and valid appraisal of student skills and acheivement. Maintain and submit program and instructional records in an accurate and timely manner. Create a physcial and interpersonal climate that is conducive to learning. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Possession of appropriate educational credentials as determined by the Maryland State Board of Education. Experience: None. DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong preference will be given to applicants that possess the following.
