Overview: Seeking an HR Project Manager with - years of experience in Corporate Citizenship, CSR, or Philanthropy to manage donations, grants, financial tracking, dashboards, and employee giving programs. Responsibilities: Manage donations, payments, budgets, and financial trackers Create and maintain data/impact dashboards Oversee Matching Gift program & Scholarship program Support Client Foundation filing in partnership with Tax & Controllership Lead employee giving campaign Manage vendor relationships for grants, matching gifts & scholarships Assist with volunteer and grant programs Qualifications: - years in Corporate Citizenship/CSR/Philanthropy (Fortune preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, CSR, or related field Strong project planning & budget management skills Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, Word Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills Understanding of Corporate Citizenship / Social Impact programs Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $$ per hour.
