Market Research Senior AnalystThe Lead Market Research Senior Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive growth for our clients and business partners. In this role, you will design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research projects, uncovering trends and opportunities across consumers, competitors, advertising, economic conditions, distribution, and other factors that influence brand performance.You will be hands-on in developing methodologies, managing research processes, and synthesizing data into clear, strategic recommendations. Advantage Solutions sets itself apart through the flexibility and expertise of our Analytics team—join us and help shape the insights that guide business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement research methodologies for market research projects across diverse industries.Conduct primary and secondary research leveraging multiple data sources to uncover shopper insights and market trends.Develop and manage research instruments including surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires.Execute end-to-end research processes: survey design, writing, data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.Partner with sample providers and manage research platforms such as Qualtrics.Deliver insights through client and enterprise shopper studies, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and client teams to ensure research aligns with business needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.5-7 years of experience in market research or consumer insights, with a proven track record of managing projects independently.Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.Strong proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and experience managing sample providers.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting findings to clients and business partners.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.CPG Category Management experience is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to lead high-impact research initiatives for top brands as a senior-level contributor.Collaborative, innovative team environment within Advantage Solutions.Professional growth and development through exposure to diverse industries and methodologies.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Job Will Remain Open Until FilledThe Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
