Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and making them feel welcome. Order Processing & Payment: Accurately taking orders, processing cash and credit card transactions using a POS system, and managing customer tabs. Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.Bar Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, washing glassware, and ensuring all tools and supplies are in order. QualificationsPrevious bartending or hospitality experience preferred.Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar tools, and drink recipes.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move quickly for extended periods.Certification in alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)Key Skills & QualitiesMixology: A strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques is essential.
