We are seeking a Accounting Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper to lead our day-to-day financial operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting management. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R) and general ledger Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain accurate journal entries and ensure proper application of debits and credits Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries, account analysis and account reconciliations Review and prepare financial statements Prepare sales reports and financial reports as needed Maintain and update financial records Support the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy in all financial records Support leadership with administrative tasks, including HR and payroll assistance Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries Maintain file management systems Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications/Experience: Experience in Accounting/Full Charge Bookkeeping Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software Experience working with a manufacturing company Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with payroll and HR a plus Ability to multitask across a range of financial and office duties Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in this position to You can reach me at 203-213-6925
