New York, New YorkJob DescriptionPillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has an opening for a 4th-6th year M&A associate to join our Corporate & Securities Group in our New York office, with a focus on its rapidly expanding M&A and Private Equity practice. The ideal candidate would have extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, ideally including experience with leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments and/or other forms of private equity transactions.
