Visit us at: Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations, ensuring alignment with plans and schedules.Maintain jobsite organization and enforce adherence to safety and company policies.Manage subcontractors and trades to maintain progress toward key project milestones.Conduct daily reports, quality control checks, and safety meetings.Serve as the main point of contact between field operations, project managers, and clients.Proactively resolve issues and maintain productivity and morale on site.Mentor and train assistant superintendents and other field team members. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial GC projects valued at $5M or more.Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.Strong jobsite leadership, communication, and team-building -depth understanding of construction sequencing, field productivity, and jobsite logistics.Proficiency with software platforms such as Procore, Foundation, MS Project, Excel, and Bluebeam preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction documents with precision and clarity.No formal degree requiredfield expertise and proven results are what matter most.
