Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values. Position Description: Performs data collection accurately and promptly. Recognizes variances in patient condition and reports promptly. Follows the plan of care and recommends changes to meet the ongoing needs of the patient. Provide care that is related to the patient’s needs and well-being. Participates in shift report, as a member of the team, to meet the individual needs of the patient. Completes all work assignments under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. Reports abnormal data findings promptly. Implements the interventions from the plan of care, as assigned. Documents data collection, tasks performed and patient response accurately and appropriately each shift. Accurately and appropriately demonstrates restraint use and Handle with Care techniques. Qualifications Position Requirements: Education requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; Work experience requirements: Prefer one (1) year full time or three (3) years part time in an acute care setting.
