As a Nail Technician, your expertise and interpersonal skills will shine through - and you will take pride in knowing that your talent helps our guests feel their very best!What you will be doing:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicePerform nail services including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, shellac, sculptured nails and paraffin treatments for handsMaintain the inventory of supplies necessary to perform appointed servicesMaintain all implements for performing manicures including files, clippers, and cuticle cutters in a clean and hygienic mannerProactively educate guests about nail care as requested and include making personal recommendationsPrepare charge slips for services rendered and retail items soldMaintain the work area in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficienciesFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous experience as a Nail TechnicianCertification as a Nail Technician or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdhere to Fairmont Orchid Grooming Guidelines.Additional InformationPay:Commission-basedVisa Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
