Job Summary:We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Generalist to serve as a key operational partner to our People Team. This role combines data-driven insights with hands-on administrative excellence to ensure smooth people operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing engagement and compliance.Key areas of responsibility:The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this job but are not intended to be all-inclusive. People OperationsSupport open enrollment and benefit administration, including benefit stipend draw down.Provide administrative assistance for practice integration activities such as preparing side-by-sides, ensure completion of I-9s, and field questions from new partnership team membersDeliver on-site support at new practice locations for ADP system setup and benefits registrationManage and respond to HR ticket inquiries from employees and managers focusing on more complicated or research-intensive questionsPost relevant content to the WOMB and ensure content is up to dateLaunch annual ADP Performance review cycle and ensure timely completionCoordinate corporate team member onboarding agendas, including equipment procurement, setup, and headshotsBack-up assistance to practice employee onboarding, offboarding, and status change processesReporting & Audit SupportSupport bi-weekly payroll auditsConduct turnover analysis including exit interview trends and retention metricsAssist in compensation benchmark data pull and current team member compensation reporting, as requested by the Regional DirectorLaunch quarterly eNPS and Pulse surveys, track engagement trends, and identify actionable insightsMonitor self-funded benefit spend, enrollment reports, utilization patterns, and audit invoicesSupport compliance reporting and audits of benefit plansProcess Improvement & HRIS OptimizationIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes using our HRIS platform and lead data clean up effortsIdentify opportunities to collect, store, and update reportable data in our HRIS platformBuild automated workflows and reporting capabilities within existing systemsDocument standard operating procedures and create user guidesSupport HRIS (including ATS) upgrades, testing, and training initiativesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in HR operations or related administrative experienceProficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms with knowledge of system administration and configurationIntermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPExperience with HR metrics including turnover, retention, and compensation analysisUnderstanding of payroll processes and data structuresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyCustomer service orientation for employee supportProject management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksDiscretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationFamiliarity with benefits administration and self-funded plans preferredTravel RequirementsUp to 20% travel, as needed, to new practice partner sites.
