In this position, you will research, write, and publish system level and component level technical descriptions and procedures for all submarine classes.Applicant must be able to work closely and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines, technical illustrators, and department supervision to develop new or revised descriptive chapters, operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and component technical manuals for systems and equipment found onboard nuclear powered submarines.These technical products will be developed as interactive electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) using state of the art electronic publishing software.
