Under limited supervision, performs an array of semi-skilled functions that support the maintenance of the facility and its warehouse equipment; and performs related duties as assigned.Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacementPerforms preventative building maintenance duties, including light constructionPerforms routine plumbing repairs, such as; unstoppping toilets, sinks, or urinals, fixing water leaks and leaking faucetsPerforms routine electrical repairs, such as; changing light bulbs or fluorescent lampsAssembles and moves furniture, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, and moves and sets up tables and chairsRepairs and replaces doorknobs or locks, repairs door closures, and patches holes in wallsPaints interior and exterior of buildingAbility to drive all equipment and knowledge of hydraulics.Maintains conveyors (oiling chains and adjusting settings)Skills and Conditions of Employment:Maintenance Technicians are required to interact with managers, supervisors, employees, vendors, and customers.
