What Youu2019ll Do + Operate and monitor 12 specialized machines that coat almonds and raisins in chocolate. + Load mixers with raw ingredients and ensure proper chocolate coating. + Transfer products for finishing and prepare trays for cooling. + Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records. + Assist with sanitation and machine cleaning between batches. + Safely lift and palletize boxes or bags weighing 35u201350 lbs . + Use an electric pallet jack for material handling. What Weu2019re Looking For + Previous experience in machine operation or general labor. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. + Basic data entry and documentation skills. + Familiarity with packaging, sanitation, and quality control processes. + Team player with the ability to work independently. + Must be able to read/write for production sheets and meet height requirements for machine operation.
