About the Position The Community Outreach Coordinator will lead initiatives that strengthen connections within the community and provide essential services to children and families in the Kalihi-Pālama and Liliha neighborhoods. You’ll manage outreach activities, organize events, and build partnerships that support the organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities Design and launch programs that encourage personal development, family wellness, and social engagement. Organize and promote community events to increase participation and awareness. Collect and analyze program data for reporting and funding purposes. Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop relationships with local organizations and community leaders to expand resources and support. Prepare regular updates on program progress and assist with budget tracking. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
