Our Opportunity:As an Associate Brand Design Manager, you will report to the Sr.Manager, Gatorade, partnering on the design and execution of projectsthat support the Pepsico's Gatorade business in North America.Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to generateinspirational design solutions, driving from ideation to execution withquality and strategic this role, you will be given the opportunity to build upon existingcapabilities as well as broaden your functional expertise as you driveour brands through all consumer touchpoints. Examples of projects mayinclude development of brand identity, packaging and portfolio systems,360 brand campaigns, social media strategy, promotions, and immersivebrand activations, with solutions that span the gamut from print,packaging, social/digital, licensing, environmental and new media.ResponsibilitiesBrand Design Development:Support the visual identity for the Gatorade portfolio, working incollaboration with the North America Gatorade Sr. Design Director andother design leaders across brand, product, packaging, equipment,marketing, and advertising.Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) inorder to visualize the desired output and share it with internal andexternal team members.Participate in research activities and effectively translate customerneeds into actionable design strategy (must be able to execute thoserequirements into design solutions). Help drive to final designrecommendations, decisions, and design approval to enable artworkexecution/production phases. Ensure a thorough consideration of allproject variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.Design Project Management:Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners withinPepsiCo and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed anddelivered with quality, value, and efficiency. Energizes and leads boththe internal team and external design resources from idea phase tocommercialization. Regularly reviews the status of projects withappropriate leadership to ensure that expectations are met.External Design Network:Supports the PepsiCo Design & Innovation organization in building andcultivating a robust external design pensation and Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between$89,000 - $149,000.- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education willbe considered in setting actual starting salary.
