We are currently looking for a qualified Restoration Technician for a company located in Hilton Head Island. Pay: $25-30/hr. (DOE) Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Job Responsibilities: -responsible for assessing damage, planning, and executing the restoration of properties after events like fire, water, or mold damage. Key duties include documenting damage, removing debris and damaged materials, and using specialized equipment for drying, cleaning, and sanitizing affected areas. They must also maintain clear communication with clients and follow strict safety protocols throughout the process Qualifications: Tool proficiency: The ability to use a variety of hand and power tools is essential. Physical fitness: You must be able to lift heavy objects, work in potentially confined spaces, and have the stamina for demanding cleanup tasks. Remediation knowledge: Familiarity with techniques for water, fire, and mold damage is crucial. Safety protocols: A strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations is required to protect yourself and others
