ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - REAL ESTATE FINANCE & INVESTMENT (MID-SENIOR) Location: Hartford, CT HYBRID Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Finance & Investment practice in Hartford. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven mid to senior-level associate to join a team representing institutional lenders, investors, and property owners in complex transactions across the United States. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in Connecticut, in good standing 4-7 years of substantive transactional experience incommercial real estate financeandinvestment Experience drafting loan, joint venture, and LLC-related documents Prior non-legal experience in finance, investment, or real estate industries is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service Key Responsibilities Represent institutional lenders, investors, and owners in commercial real estate financeandinvestment transactionsacross the US Structure and negotiate transactional documents related to sophisticated commercial real estate deals Draft and review loan, joint venture, and operating agreements Work closely with partners and clients to execute complex deals across various asset classes and jurisdictions Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to sophisticated clients Why Join Us?
