Job Title

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital. Required * Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience * Inpatient care management and / or utilization management experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications * Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required * BLS certification.
