With our network of more than 80 manufacturing facilities and more than 4,000 employees, we’re leading the industry with innovation and a safety-first mindset.Job SummaryThe ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment.This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesProduces wood forms and Styrofoam blockouts for concrete production using a wide variety of machinery including but not limited to: table saws, radial saws, and staple gunsCheck forms while concrete is being placedAssist others in stripping forms after concrete is placedInstall precast concrete elementsReads shop / engineering drawings and constructs forms per those specificationsMoves and assembles forms at pouring sitesMaintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floorOther duties may be assigned as neededJob RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in carpentryMust be able to read and interpret shop / engineering drawingsMust be proficient with all tools mentioned in job description summaryMust be able to communicate effectively with team membersAble to understand and apply basic mathskills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division)Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measureAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAninclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
