You'll be part of an ambitious transformation that's modernizing our entire underwriting experience while positioning Liberty to win the most valuable business in the market.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Team & Portfolio Coordination:Manages dependencies and initiatives spanning multiple teams and domainsMaintains work visibility, identifies blockers, and escalates issues as neededCoordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain delivery momentumServes as communication hub between teams, leadership, and stakeholdersProblem Solving & Consensus Building:Facilitates complex problem-solving across diverse teams and competing prioritiesBuilds consensus among stakeholders with different perspectives and objectivesManages multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focusStakeholder Management:Facilitates difficult conversations and applies conflict resolution skillsMaintains transparency and builds networks of change agentsSupports organizational Agile transformation at both tactical and strategic levelsFamiliarity with software development life cycle and experience driving delivery in an agile tech environmentDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams engaged in disparate workBachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and at least 5 years related experienceBeginner/1st level Scrum certification preferredKnowledge/training equivalent to advanced/2nd level certifications from a reputable Lean-Agile organization a plus but not required (PSM II, ICAgile Professional ? Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), ICAgile Professional ? Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC))Scrum certification strongly preferredExperience working in a scaled agile framework preferredThorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectivesTrack record of continued and recent education in Lean-Agile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etcPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role isdeterminedbya number offactors including skills, experience, education,certificationsand location.
