Seeking a detailed-oriented Bookkeeper to be responsible for the following: Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Handling the accounts receivable and the accounts payable including invoicing and other related tasks Fact checking accounting data Documenting financial transactions Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs Other administrative duties as assigned when required Qualifications and Experience: Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent business experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products is required Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential Strong organizational skills will be required
