RAM Recruiting - Pinnacle Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to join our corporate billing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare A/R experience who can oversee billing processes, manage staff, and support the revenue cycle for multiple skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise A/R staff and ensure accurate, timely billing for assigned facilities. Oversee claims submission, payments, denials, and follow-up processes. Monitor aging reports and drive successful collections. Identify and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and missing documentation. Train, mentor, and support the A/R team to improve workflow and efficiency. Collaborate with facility administrators, BOMs, and corporate leadership. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and commercial payer guidelines. Support audits, month-end close, and reporting as needed. Qualifications Previous A/R experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing required. Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care billing. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
