Responsibilities Proficiently able to code warranty repair orders Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines Submit completed claim to manufacturer accurately Review repair orders for completeness, and compliance Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies Stay informed on manufacturer updates, bulletins, policy changes, and best practices Qualifications Warranty experience preferred- MercedesBenz experience a plus!
