Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant crew. Reporting to the Supervisor, Key Holder - Person In Charge, and General Manager, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, answer questions, and provide information about our services and promotions to ensure a positive experience. Track Assistance: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the track, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. Equipment Management: Support the team in maintaining and organizing karting equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition and readily available for use. Safety Adherence: Enforce safety rules and regulations for visitors and staff. Conduct routine checks to maintain a secure environment. Operational Support: Assist in daily operational tasks such as stocking supplies, cleaning, and organizing the facility to ensure a seamless guest experience. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination during shifts. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or team-oriented role is advantageous but not required. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Basic understanding of safety protocols and customer service principles. Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Age: Candidate Must be 18+.
