From our headquarters in Libertyville, IL Snap-on Credit provides financing to technicians, students of automotive technical institutions, and shop owners for the purchase of Snap-on hand tools, power tools, tool storage, and diagnostic products through our Extended Credit program. Position Summary: Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate collections in the Subscription portfolio within the Specialty group. Position will be responsible for managing collections with customers, Franchisees and field personnel. Other duties will include managing cancellations and coordinating customer service needs with Franchisees and Snap-on Diagnostics. Focus will be on achievement of corporate delinquency and loss goals as well as customer retention.
