We are looking for a highly energetic, result oriented, passionate, and hands-on Project Coordinator with a desire to join a growing team. The person should be self-starter, adaptable with attentive to detail and able to work with minimal supervision. The Field Process Administrator will be a key member of our operations team and will support our Operations Managers with administrative duties. This position does not require industry experience but does require a strong work ethic and organizational skills. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Assist the East Coast and West Coast Field Managers with day-to-day administrative functions. u00b7 Maintain and monitor Regional Organizational Charts u00b7 Organizing, attending, and participating in operations meetings u00b7 Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings u00b7 Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings u00b7 Assist in following up with all ADP Employee Groups daily to ensure that all punches are accurate, and Job Numbers/Cost Codes are allocated appropriately u00b7 Ensure all New Hire Training Hours are recorded in ADP u00b7 Ensure all Timecards are approved by each employee and manager each pay period u00b7 Provide administrative support as needed u00b7 Assist with submitting Requisition Requests u00b7 Coordinate, manage, and submit Travel Authorization Forms u00b7 Submit and keep record of all Direct Line & Agency Termination Forms u00b7 Submit and keep record of all IT Termination Forms u00b7 Chair and facilitate meetings as appropriate and distribute minutes to project team members u00b7 Maintain and monitor Travel Technicians Spreadsheet u00b7 Monitor and track Agency Conversion Spreadsheet to assist with potential conversion conversations u00b7 Demonstrated ability to plan and organize team efforts effectively What Youu2019ll Need: u00b7 Minimum 5 yearsu2019 experience. u00b7 Excellent communication skills. u00b7 Good understanding of building networks. u00b7 Ability to plan and organize a team effort. u00b7 Good client management and goodwill building ability. u00b7 Capacity to motivate and boost morale of teams. u00b7 Effective time management and logical decision-making ability. u00b7 Strong focus on quality and safety.
