Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required u2022 No experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualifications: u2022 One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred Responsibilities: u2022 Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers u2022 Greet and engage with passengers in and around the terminal area to offer informational assistance u2022 Communicate effectively with passengers regarding airport and airline services available u2022 Assist the Airline Passenger Assistant (aka Wheelchair Agent) with transporting passengers in wheelchairs to and from flights u2022 Escort unaccompanied minors u2022 Assist with baggage as required u2022 Monitor and enforce carry-on baggage size requirements u2022 Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times u2022 Provide assistance to passengers using kiosks to check-in u2022 Assist the Aircraft Cabin Agent (aka Aircraft Cleaner) with the grooming of aircrafts to maintain a clean and elevated inflight experience for passengers u2022 Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed u2022 Alert maintenance employees about malfunctioning restrooms, elevators, or other equipment. u2022 Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation u2022 Follow safety precautions at all times A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
