Job Title: Office Engineer/Document Control Specialist Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately created, signed, stored, and backed up. This role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with Quality Management System procedures. Responsibilities + Maintain an organized and consistent filing system to ensure documents are created, signed, stored, and backed up correctly. + Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with Quality Management System procedures. + Log and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents from clients, partners, and contractors. + Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate documentation and version control. + Maintain current and accurate document registers and databases. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of document control experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. + Familiarity with various electronic document management systems (EDMS); SharePoint experience is an asset. + Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications + A bacheloru2019s degree in business management, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required). + Experience in the AEC field. Work Environment The position is based in the financial district and operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring some days in the office. The role involves working closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team.
