As a Director of Program Management, Starbucks Reserveu00ae, you will drive strategic long-term growth and build your teamu2019s leadership capability to elevate the Starbucks Reserveu00ae experience. You will develop strategic and operational plans for the market, lead execution and measure results. _Using your past retail & operations services leadership experience, you will:_ + Work closely with vp, operations & implementation, Starbucks Reserveu00ae to ensure strategic programs are delivered according to defined success criteria. + Develop an integrated plan that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, total revenue, profit opportunity, business-wide impacts, for Starbucks Reserve. + Plan and manage business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. + Drive operational planning and execution for changes to policies & practices, promotional programs and initiatives and rollout strategies for all new products, programs and systems. + Drive a strategy for the growing Events business across Starbucks Reserveu00ae locations. + Estimate resource requirements as part of the annual planning and budgeting process and prepares quarterly forecast updates. + Work across business unit and functional lines to create a cohesive working team, build relationships and deliver programs and associated projects leveraging matrixed resources. + Coordinate implementation assignments so each department at the Starbucks Support Center has a representative from Starbucks Reserve to provide direction on programs. + Meet regularly with key stakeholders to provide information, data and recommendations to support the decision making process. + Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to challenges and inspire partners to achieve partner, business and customer results. _Experience and professional expertise needed for success in the role include:_ + Cross Functional Relationships: Has demonstrated experience establishing cross-functional collaborative relationships with teams across business units and Enterprise functions. Has strong problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to lead projects to completion. _Basic Qualifications_ + 5+ years of retail management experience directing multiple districts, P&L, inventory, operations, customer service and marketing. + 7+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching to support team members to achieve partner, business and customer results. + Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail and/or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting. + Strong organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. + Minimum High School or GED. Note: a college degree in business or a closely related field, OR 4+ years of US Military service may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
