If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you Essential Criteria: + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Working towards a bachelor-s degree in construction management or similar field preferred + Prior construction or related experience preferred + Valid Driver-s License required + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form + Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry + Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form + Ability to quickly learn and operate heavy construction machinery and equipment + Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations + Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Roles and Responsibilities: + Assist with managing projects with subcontractors + Handle incoming customer calls/inquiries + Assist with communicating with clients and subcontractors + Help manage construction project calendar + Assist and learn how to estimate project scope and costs + Track purchases, deliveries and invoices; apply invoices against purchase orders + Provide onsite management of construction projects + Assist with writing proposals for smaller projects + Manage project documents internally + Attend internal status meetings as required + Attend prospective field visits/walkthroughs + Stay current with changing technology, including software programs + Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures + Other duties as assigned Who we are: As an industry leader in Iowa, Iowa Sports Turf is dedicated to elevating athletic fields to the next level.
