This person will play an integral part in our growing NEPA practice in the Honolulu office. Your Key Responsibilities - The candidate will be expected to have extensive direct client engagement, both in executing NEPA project work and developing new work with new and existing clients - Demonstrated NEPA experience with DoD clients specifically and a strong local network within the federal engineering, planning, and/or environmental community is necessary - Experience managing complex DoD NEPA projects within the Pacific region - Plan and support local marketing activities - Assist in development and execution of federal, state and local-level business development plans - Develop winning relationships with local business partners(e.g., small businesses) - Assist in cultivating a sustainable and growing backlog
