At Hawaiu2018i Pacific Health the Mailroom team provides the organization with mail services, processing an average of 3,000 pieces of mail on a daily basis. Mailroom staff receives and distribute US postal mail and packages to the corresponding personnel and departments within the organization, as well as providing an inter-office service. As the General Clerk in our mailroom, you will form an integral part of the Supply Chain Management team as it strives to uphold the organizationu2019s high standards of operational excellence. Your responsibilities include processing all forms of inter-departmental incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, faxes and reprographic materials. We are looking for someone diligent and detail-oriented, who pays strong attention to detail and timeliness, can carry out tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and is committed to helping us deliver the highest quality health care to Hawaiu2018iu2019s people.
