Insurance Specialist About the Role Weu2019re seeking a customer-focused Insurance Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This isnu2019t your typical call center position u2014 youu2019ll be an empowered problem-solver helping policyholders navigate their insurance needs with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Pay Rate: $17/hour Location: Remote Miami, FL (Waterford) Schedule: Full-Time Mondayu2013Friday What Youu2019ll Do + Handle 70u2013100 inbound calls daily from clients and policyholders, providing expert support in English and Spanish. + Assist with policy inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience. + Process and issue insurance documents such as policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations. + Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies and process issues with accuracy and efficiency. + Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining service quality. + Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless support and resolution for customers. What Weu2019re Looking For + 6u201312 months of customer service or call center experience u2014 preferably in insurance or financial services. + Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing high call volumes. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and quick adaptability to new systems. + A self-motivated, organized, and empathetic professional ready to deliver excellence on every call.
