We prepare and manage the inventory of Ally's U.S. pre-owned retail and lease-return vehicles, which includes: Vehicle Return Management Transportation Logistics Inspection - Title Coordination Online and Physical Auction Sales Direct-to-Dealer Sales Direct-to-Customer Sales Visit to learn more. This position works with other team members to ensure that the daily workload of the center is completed.#LI-hybrid The Work Itself Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs. Communicates effectively and clearly on a daily, weekly, monthly basis with outside vendors to provide exceptional customer service regarding routine requests. Supports rigorous quality, control and compliance programs to include an ongoing control/compliance self-assessment process. Performs data entry, inventory audits, reconciliations, etc. to ensure alignment between vendor systems and Ally systems. Responds promptly to vendor requests (information, data, letter generation, etc.) on an as needed basis. Problem solves issues affecting departmental operations, research possible solutions and provides recommendations to resolve Remarketing cases. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Ally Policies and Procedures as well as regulatory requirements. Identify and escalate issues to Senior Associate or SMEu2019s. Acknowledge and communicate process improvements and best practices as they pertain to the Remarketing Team. Manage case volume at communicated metric performance. Analysis of data required and expected decision making skills required. The Skills You Bring HS diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years experience in financial services or similar industry preferred. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience. Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods Basic data entry and word processing skills. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and refer calls Computer skills sufficient to prepare policy manuals and enter data on spreadsheets.
