The Floating Ultrasound and Echocardiograms Technician performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. Work location: CenterWell Leesburg, The Villages, West Orange, Apopka and Clermont Floating Ultrasound and Echocardiogram Technician Job Functions : Operates specialized X-ray equipment as prescribed by the physician. Keeps treatment records and prepares operational reports as required. Maintains, stores and orders equipment and supplies. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. _Must have certification as an Ultra-Sound and Echocardiogram Technician._ Use your skills to make an impact Additional Information Required Qualifications + Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent and, as individual states require, accreditation through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) + _Certification as an Ultra-Sound Technician with 1+ yearsu2019 experience in a diagnostic facility or hospital as an Ultrasound Technician_ + _Certification as an Echocardiogram Technician._ + This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program + If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB + Must be a team player with excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment + Experience with MS Outlook + Basic Computer knowledge + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Bilingual in English and Spanish Floating Radiologic Technician Working hours : Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM Scheduled 40 hours per week Note: Mileage is reimbursed for travel between clinics.
