Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Assistant Facilities Manager, Land ManagementThe Microsoft Land Management Team maintains recently acquired land and assets by the Data Center team prior to construction.ResponsibilitiesSupport coordination of site inspections and property maintenance for recently acquired land prior to plete in-person visits and inspections within the U.S. as needed.Ensure municipal and county code compliance related to landscape maintenance, backflow certification, lighting, etc.Maintain collaborative relationships with client, subcontractors, and vendor partners.Help provide regular updates to the client on site progress through calls, SharePoint sites, and Teams communication.Assist with budget management and forecasting future work.RequirementsRemote positionTravel Excellent customer, computer, managerial, time management, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.Estimated compensation for this position:60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
