In this leadership role, youu2019ll guide a skilled team and keep our operations running smoothly - whether it's planned, reactive, or corrective maintenance. Responsibilities: u2022 Ensure compliance with all human and food safety standards across maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors. u2022 Guide a maintenance team of up to 10 staff with tracking assigned PMs, managing scheduling requests, and being hands-on as needed with legacy pizza equipment. u2022 Supervise daily maintenance activities (reactive, corrective, planned, and condition-based), aligning resources with production priorities. u2022 Own maintenance metrics and participate in daily DMS meetings to drive accountability and performance. u2022 Track and report weekly KPIs, including PM/CM completion, backlog, work order aging, MTTC, and breakdowns. u2022 Coach teams on Defect Elimination to maintain equipment in basic condition. u2022 Guide root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving to reduce breakdowns and reliability losses. Qualifications: u2022 Bilingual speaking in English AND either Mandarin or Cantonese. u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. u2022 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. u2022 Strong technical knowledge in plant maintenance, along with preferred knowledge in automation, electrical, and packaging machinery. u2022 Food manufacturing or processing experience preferred. u2022 Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, USDA, and sanitation standards. u2022 Flexible to work any shift and respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
