We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Oversee loan management and payment tracking Handle past due collections and maintain accurate customer accounts Record and organize transactions in QuickBooks Qualifications: Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping (3+ years required) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Excellent customer service skills Skilled at resolving and de-escalating challenging client situations Green Industry Experience is a plus Position Details: Part-time schedule (flexible hours, approximately 20-24 hours per week) On-site position at our Midland Park office Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you’re dependable, accurate, and enjoy working in a small business environment where your contributions matter, we’d love to hear from you!
