We’re looking for an experienced and licensed Cosmetic Nurse Injector with a passion for aesthetics, an eye for detail, and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. As a key team member, you’ll play an integral role in shaping our guest experience, educating clients, and building lasting relationships through results-driven treatments and personalized care.What You’ll Do: Perform injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures Conduct in-depth consultations and create customized treatment plans tailored to client goals Educate clients on available services, treatment expectations, post-care, and maintenance plans Maintain accurate medical records, chart notes, and treatment documentation Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations and best practices Participate in team training, brand building, and client retention strategies Stay current on the latest advancements, trends, and techniques in aesthetics What We’re Looking For: Active RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience in a medspa or clinical aesthetics setting Skilled in Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and facial anatomy Professional, approachable, and confident in a client-facing role Strong communication and consultative sales skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the team Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional service Open availability to work, including weekends Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary + commission Health Insurance benefits 401(k) Paid time off & More!
