This role is essential for ensuring a seamless and high-quality studio environment, where every rig is prepared before shifts begin, props are well-organized and refreshed, and scenes are visually appealing and meet project specifications. Responsibilities + Ensure each rig's prop set is ready at the start of every shift, adhering to the current project specifications. + Maintain a tidy, labeled, and easily accessible prop bank, ensuring props are not overused or misused, and rotate them as necessary. + Design and reorganize studio environments using available furniture and props to create natural, varied, and project-aligned visuals. + Update and reset scenes between projects or tasks based on specification requirements. + Manage inventory by tracking furniture and props, handling reorders or replacements, and coordinating with external vendors when needed. + Create and maintain detailed demo specification documents to guide setup and functionality for new projects.
