Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Cyber Mission Specialist in Alexandria, VA, to support senior DoD leadership in strengthening cybersecurity maturity across the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). This individual will play a critical role in guiding both DIB partners and senior DoD leadership on cybersecurity requirements, assessing compliance, and shaping strategic initiatives that protect national security interests. This individual will work across functional areas, engage with high-level DoD stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of high-impact deliverables. Success in this role requires strong writing skills, familiarity with NIST 800-53 and DoDI 8500 series, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $59.90/hr to $64.90/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
