Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking licensed School Social Workers to join our team for the upcoming school year. Youu2019ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for students who need social work intervention and support.
