Job Title: CNC Machinist About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will plan and execute machining operations by analyzing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications. Youu2019ll interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), set up and operate mills, install and adjust components, and verify machine settings through precise measurements and inspections. Key Responsibilities + Perform in-process inspections using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. + Monitor drilling and milling processes to maintain quality, troubleshoot issues, and reprogram controls as needed. + Edit and create G-code programs; resolve spindle and tool change errors. + Safely handle material loading using overhead cranes. + Conduct routine maintenance, including managing coolant systems, chip conveyors, and lubrication. + Communicate effectively across shifts and contribute to continuous learning and improvement initiatives. + Rotate between workstations and document production activities accurately. + Uphold company values and support organizational goals through adaptability and teamwork. Required Skills & Experience + 1+ years of CNC machining experience, or a 2-year machining degree plus 6+ months of experience. + 1+ years of mill operation experience. + Experience working from blueprints, inspecting own parts, and basic knowledge of G&M codes. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Haas mills and CNC setup.
