Description Our client is seeking a skilled CAM Reconciliation Specialist to join their team in Warren, New Jersey. This is a Contract position lasting about 5-7 weeks, ideal for professionals experienced in financial reconciliation within the real estate and property industry. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling diverse reconciliation tasks with precision and efficiency. CAM Reconciliation Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct daily reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. u2022 Perform thorough account reconciliations, including bank accounts and credit card transactions. u2022 Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly and efficiently. u2022 Utilize Yardi Property Management software to manage reconciliation processes effectively. u2022 Handle CAM reconciliations with attention to detail and compliance with company standards. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and reconciliation. u2022 Prepare detailed reconciliation reports to support auditing and financial analysis. u2022 Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all reconciliation activities. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and implement best practices. Requirements CAM Reconciliation Requirements: u2022 Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial analysis. u2022 Strong knowledge of daily reconciliation processes and credit card reconciliation. u2022 Proficiency in using Yardi Property Management software. u2022 Familiarity with CAM reconciliation procedures within the real estate sector. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data. u2022 Effective communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects. u2022 Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
