Description Our Cherry Hill based law firm client is seeking a skilled Legal Research & Writing Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in legal analysis and persuasive writing but prefers to work behind the scenes rather than in the courtroom. As part of a dynamic personal injury firm, you will contribute to impactful cases and support litigation strategies through comprehensive research and exceptional written advocacy. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct detailed legal research on various personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. u2022 Draft and edit legal documents such as motions, oppositions, memoranda, and appellate briefs. u2022 Evaluate case law, deposition transcripts, and expert reports to strengthen case arguments. u2022 Develop written materials to support mediation, arbitration, and trial strategies. u2022 Collaborate closely with attorneys to maintain consistency in tone, quality, and strategic approach across all legal filings. Requirements u2022 Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in New Jersey; Pennsylvania license is a plus. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal research, writing, and analysis. u2022 Proficiency in Pennsylvania pleadings, filings, and procedures is preferred. u2022 Outstanding writing, research, and analytical abilities. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. u2022 Familiarity with arbitration and deposition processes. u2022 Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality legal documents.
