Description: You will be a Microwave Assembler for our team, responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF Microwave hybrid microcircuits and sub-assemblies. Basic Qualifications: Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers and other similar tools Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination with minimum of one-year experience in basic assembly tasks Ability to work in a diverse team environment; Good interpersonal, teaming and communication skills Ability to read and work from detailed work instructions and drawings; computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and must have at least an Interim Secret Security clearance prior to start (must be a US citizen) Desired Skills: Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environments Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environment Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001 Ability to work with minimal supervision Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $37,400 - $65,895.
