Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice processing, account reconciliation, and data entry. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, and payment approval. u2022 Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and identify discrepancies. u2022 Perform check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors. u2022 Process and record invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures. u2022 Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems. u2022 Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to maintain records. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues. u2022 Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audit purposes. u2022 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards. u2022 Generate reports and assist with month-end closing processes. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing. u2022 Strong understanding of check runs and coding invoices. u2022 Advanced data entry skills with high attention to detail. u2022 Experience using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP. u2022 Competency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
